Have you ever wondered whether the noises that children think animals make differ from country to country? This is a project between several European primary schools, to see if we can answer that question. We think the results could be very funny to listen to...

Below are some details about the schools and countries taking part.
Yester Primary - Scotland
Yester Primary School is located in south east Scotland, around 25 miles east of the capital city, Edinburgh. There are 160 children in the school. Yester's P5 class are taking part in Animal Talk.
Ecole de Florentin- France
The "Ecole publique de Florentin" is located in the south west of France, around 75 kilometers north of Toulouse. There are around 90 children from 2to 12 years old in the school. CM1 and CM2 (4th and 5th year of primaryschool) are taking part in Animal Talk.
Kuvansi school - Finland
Kuvansi Primary School is situated close to the town of Varkaus in eastern Finland. It is in the beautiful lake district of Finland. Kuvansi's Year 3 pupils will join us in Animal Talk.
Podstawowa nr 1- Poland
"Szkoła Podstawowa nr 1" is located in south west of Poland. 200 km west of Wrocław, 100 km north of Prague (CZ) and 200 km east of Berlin (D) . There are around 450 children, 6 - 12 years old. 4th and 5th year of primary school are taking part in project.
3° Circolo Luigi Pirandello
The “3° Circolo Luigi Pirandello” is located in the south part of Italy , precisely in the island called Sicily. The city is called Bagheria. It is a very big school, there are more than 1000 students from 4 to 10 years old. The students of 5th year (10 y.o.) are taking part in the Animals Talk project. Our students love dancing, acting and discovering the Nature.
Eben-Haëzerschool
Eben-Haëzerschool, in the Netherlands, is situated in a village near the coast of the North-Sea. It’s a small primary school (age 4-12) with 140 students.
Old Clee Primary- England
Our school is called Old Clee School which is in Grimsby on the east coast of England. The children are aged between 4 and 11 and there are about 650 of us. We love sports and drama and working to help the environment and we especially love learning other languages and about other cultures. Our class is called 4JB and we are aged between 8 and 9. We look forward to making noises with you!
Inowrocław (Poland)
Szkoła Podstawowa nr 11 im. Stefana Batorego, in the town of Inowrocław- in the middle of Poland - with about 70.000 citizens. The school has 1000 pupils from 7-11. It was built in 1960 and from 2005 our teachers and children are involved in different project with many countries. Class VB - pupils are 10 years old, will take part in Animal Talk.
Hamrun, Malta
Dun Gorg Preca Primary School C, in Hamrun, on the island of Malta is delighted to join Animal Talk. Their 7 and 8 year old pupils will be making the noises!
C.P.R Al-Dehecun, Spain
C.P.R Al-Dehecun School is in the south of Spain, Andalucia, Dehesas de Guadix. It is in the area of the “Terrera del Reloj”, very famous because of its prehistoric remains, such as caves and dolmens. The children, between 9 and 12, are very enthusiastic cooperating in this voki project. Our school loves exchanges with European mates and the learning of new ways of working in education.
